Refund & Cancellation Policy — Pacific Rise Financials LLC

One‑time training sessions

  • Cancel/reschedule ≥24 hours before start: full refund or one‑time reschedule.

  • Cancel within 24 hours or no‑show: non‑refundable (we may grant a one‑time credit at our discretion).

 

Cleanups / Books Reboot Day

  • 50% retainer to secure the date (unless otherwise stated).

  • Refundable up to 3 business days prior. Inside 3 business days: non‑refundable; one reschedule allowed within 30 days.

 

Monthly bookkeeping

  • Month‑to‑month after any initial term stated in your quote.

  • Cancel with 30 days’ notice. Fees for work already performed in the current billing cycle are non‑refundable.

 

How refunds are processed

  • Payments collected via Calendly + Stripe are refunded to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.

  • Email support@pacificrisefinancials.com with your booking email, date, and amount to request a refund.

 

Exceptions
If we cannot deliver agreed‑upon deliverables due to our error, we will make it right promptly or issue an appropriate refund/credit.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
