Terms & Conditions — Pacific Rise Financials LLC

1) Acceptance of terms

By using our site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Services
We provide bookkeeping, payroll, cleanups/catch‑up, and training for QuickBooks Online. Scope and deliverables are confirmed in your quote or email agreement.

3) Quotes & payments

  • Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless your quote specifies a schedule.

  • Certain projects (e.g., Cleanups/Books Reboot Day) may require a retainer to secure the date.

 

4) Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Training sessions (virtual): Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before start time for a full refund or a one‑time reschedule credit. Within 24 hours or no‑shows: fees are non‑refundable (you may request a one‑time credit at our discretion).

  • Cleanups / Books Reboot Day: Retainers are refundable up to 3 business days before the scheduled start. Inside 3 business days, retainers are non‑refundable but can be applied once to a rescheduled date within 30 days.

 

5) Monthly bookkeeping
Month‑to‑month after any initial term noted in your quote. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. Work already performed is non‑refundable.

 

6) Client responsibilities
Provide timely access to systems, bank feeds, and records. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided.

 

7) No tax or legal advice
We are not a CPA firm and do not provide tax filings or legal advice. We can coordinate with your tax professional at your request.

 

8) Warranties & limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

 

9) Intellectual property
Content on our site (logo, copy, templates) is owned by Pacific Rise Financials LLC or used with permission. You may not reuse it without written consent.

 

10) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms are effective when posted on our site.

 

11) Governing law
Oregon law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Venue: Washington County, Oregon.
